not a super clean stay
broken cupboardsticky floors
The cleanliness was really a letdown. i spotted hairs in the bathroom and some dirt along the bath seams, it was annoying. cupboard doors were broken too and the floors felt sticky with dirt. I had to wash everything before i dared use it. i can't believe such poor hygiene exists right in the city center at the price i paid.

I found a tesco nearby. That was quite handy for the kitchen. the front desk staffer was really friendly and helpful! the room was spacious, and the large window gave nice light. we appreciated the separate recessed counter and sink. They helped keep things organized.
the washing machine wouldn't start initially because the water source was off. once that was sorted, i discovered puddles by the cupboard after drying my clothes. it seems the water source was likely turned off due to this leak.

the apart hotel is nicely located near haymarket station, its about 9 minutes walk. we shared a two bedroom apartment, and there was ample space. the staff at check-in were friendly.
dirty conditions was discovered under the beds, the doors banged loudly when they closed.

the hotel features a 24-hour reception, so any issues can be quickly addressed. there is also a locker system for luggage storage before check-in time. this was a great help since we arrived early in the morning.

our two-bedroom apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, it even had dishwasher tablets. the beds felt comfy for all of us. a spacious lounge area provided ample space for relaxation after a long day.

The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics. The staff were consistently helpful . The location provides convenient access to nearby attractions and public transport (making it easy to get around).
The floor in the apartment could have been cleaner upon arrival. I noticed some areas needed more thorough attention. I hope this can be addressed .
